Curriculum vitae
Kendall graduated from the University of Washington’s undergraduate creative writing program in 2019 where she regularly contributed to the university’s newspaper, The Daily at the University of Washington, and won the 2019 Arthur Oberg Prize for Poetry. She then interned for Seattle magazine as an editorial assistant and later became the office manager which also supported Seattle Bride and Seattle Business magazines.
Kendall dipped her toes into early childhood education when she worked for Refugee Women’s Alliance (ReWA) as the Site Coordinator for their Lake City Early Learning Center. After a stint of solo travel through Puerto Rico and the U.S., she became the Staff Writer & Editor for All Star Directories’ family of educational marketing websites where she spearheaded the organization’s content pipeline.
